Pennsylvania's Act 101 mandates municipalities to report recycling data, in the form of recycling reports, to Adams County Recycling Coordinator.

All commercial, institutional and municipal establishments within Conewago Township are now required to contract with a recycling service provider and annually report recycling types and amounts to Conewago Township by January 15th of each year.
