Annual Commercial Recycling Report Form | ||
Pennsylvania's Act 101 mandates municipalities to report recycling data, in the form of recycling reports, to Adams County Recycling Coordinator.
All commercial, institutional and municipal establishments within Conewago Township are now required to contract with a recycling service provider and annually report recycling types and amounts to Conewago Township by January 15th of each year.

To clear up any
confusion for the commercial establishments that received the
recycling report letters:
Recycling reports for the reporting year 2009 were on or before
January 15, 2010. The August/September 2010 letters were to inform you that the recycling reports and figures for the 2010 reporting year are due on or before January 15, 2011. Do not hesitate to call with questions. Thank you.
